Need help with a coach account, parent account, Parent Code, game statistics, athlete profile, or another beta feature?

During the beta

Contact the BJ4 Sports person who invited you to the trial. Include a short description of what happened and, when possible, a screenshot of the screen where you had trouble.

Before reporting a problem

Make sure you are signed into the correct Coach or Parent account. If the page appears outdated after a new beta release, close and reopen BJ4 Sports once.

Please do not send passwords.
