BJ4 Sports is a youth-sports team and athlete tracking service. This beta policy explains the information the service uses to provide coach, parent, team, game, and athlete features.

Information used by the service

The service may store account email addresses, team and season information, player names and jersey numbers, game statistics, parent-athlete links, team logos/colors, and player photos uploaded by a linked parent.

How information is used

Information is used to operate team management, game tracking, athlete history, parent views, and related BJ4 Sports features. Player photos are intended for signed-in coach and linked-parent views and are not displayed on the public Parent Live view by default.

Public live views

A coach may share a read-only Parent Live link. Anyone with that link may be able to view the game information made available on that live page. Parents do not need an account to use a shared Parent Live link.

Children

BJ4 Sports is designed for use by adult coaches and parents/guardians in connection with youth sports. Children should not create or manage BJ4 Sports accounts on their own during this beta.

Beta service

This is a limited beta. Features, data practices, and this policy may change as the product develops. Do not upload information that is not needed for team or athlete use.

During the beta, contact the BJ4 Sports person who invited you to the service for privacy questions, support, or requests concerning your information.
